办公楼设计公司--文化艺术示范区的空间重生

池社作为1986年由张培力、耿建翌等人成立的一个艺术团体，其在西岸文化艺术示范区的空间重生代表了一种现实主义的态度：在破败不堪的老建筑的基础上完成空间诉求、协调整体环境、同时实现一个与其所承载的艺术使命相匹配的形式表达。建筑希望可以提供一处精致但丰富的复合艺术空间，在紧凑的建筑内叠合了展示收藏、创作讨论、休息交流等多重艺术活动。

Chi She is an artistic group founded byZHANG Peili, GENG Jiangyi, whose exhibition space in West Bund Art ExhibitionArea characterizes an altitude towards realism, that is, chasing the spatialappeal, harmonizing with integral environment, as well as realizing formalrepresentation corresponding with the artistic mission embedded inside. It ishoped that the building can provide a delicate and abundant compound art space,where contains various artistic events, such as curiosities exhibition,creative workshop and unpremeditated communication.

我们保留了原有建筑的外围护墙体，进行基本的性能改善和结构加固后获得**化的展厅空间；同时在不影响整个园区空间感受的情况下局部将建筑屋顶抬高，获得一处可以享受完整天空的夹层休息空间；屋面结构替换为更加轻质有效，同时富有温暖气息的张拉弦木结构屋顶，并局部抬高获得表达气候时辰的北侧天光。建筑外围采用了和老建筑相协调的青砖形成其面向园区的主要界面，而入口位置的轻轻一掀，形成的褶皱肌理既形成了房子最让人印象深刻的形式处理，又表现了建筑物的基本表情：既背靠传统而又表达当下文化态势的一种身位。

We retained the initial exterior walls,followed by the elementary performance enhancement and structure reinforcement,in order to attain the maximum exhibition space. Therefore, under the conditionof maintaining the space perception of the whole artistic park, part of theroof has been elevated in order to create an interlayer space, where peoplecould enjoy the intact sky view. Furthermore, the roofing structure has beenreplaced by a lightweight and more efficient tensioning string wood structure,and part of them is lifted to obtain the skylight indicating the climatechange, which presents a sense of harmony. On the other hand, the greygreenbricks coordinated with this ancient building have been applied on the exteriorpart located on the main interface towards the park. When the wall in theentrance is curled up a lit bit, this generated wrinkle wall texture becomesthe impressive part of the form manipulation, which represents thearchitectural expressions as well, that is, a status that embodies currentcultural trends based on tradition.

为了完成这样一个传统工艺无法精确实现的砌筑方式，我们借助了一造科技（Fab-Union）专项研发的机器臂砌筑的工艺，实现了先进数字化施工技术在现场完成真实建造的**尝试。池舍的外墙，将回收自老建筑的古老灰砖与先进的机械臂在场建设工艺相结合，采用一个具有张力的曲面形态，表现池舍的勃勃生机。

In order to complete such a masonry processthat cannot be precisely achieved by traditional technology, we applied the roboticmasonry fabrication technique by Fab-Union, which accomplishes the firstendeavor to utilize the advanced digital fabrication technology to construct onsite. The external walls of the Chi community were built by the recycledgreygreen bricks from the old building and constracted with the help of theadvanced technology of mechanical arm, which generates a cambered surfacemorphology, showing the vitality of the Chi community.

机械臂砖构集合装备的精准定位、工匠对砂浆与砖块精心处理，使砖构这一古老材料能够适应新的时代要求，实现了对设计模型的完整呈现。老砖的残破与曲墙的张扬相得益彰，将人与砖，机器与建构，设计与文化的故事，在夕阳下外墙的阴影中继续讲述。

The precise positioning of the integratedequipment of robotic masonry fabrication technique and the constructionelaborately to the mortar and bricks by the craftsmen make this ancientmaterial, brick, be able to meet the requirements in the new era, and realizethe presentation of the design model consummately. The dilapidation of theseold bricks coordinated with the stretch display of the curving walls arenarrating a story of people and bricks, machines and construction, design andculture, which will be spread permanently in the shadows of the external wallsunder the setting sun.
